The planning of the labour on site is a very important stage of the construction process. This aspect takes place during the period of expedition of Lacecal’s building package.
The project comprises the designation and account of materials constituted by the components of the package and by drawing pieces that fully reflect the way of achieving the final result. This work becomes an economy of time, reducing the costs of labour on site.
The package can reach the site in two ways:
1. Packet in factory pallets, piece by piece by order of entrance in work, to assembly in the site.
2. Panelized by sections at the factory to unit the parts on site.
In both modalities the time of work is reduced compared to a traditional construction.
