Architecture is the Lacecal main focus. We believe the architecture combined with the quality of our products presents pleasant and comfortable moments to our clients or to whom have the opportunity to enjoy a Lacecal building,.
Lacecal offers three types of approach:
1. The possibility of developing a project of architecture from the beginning according to the wish of the client.
2. The choice of a CED typology.- eco home design.
3. The translation and compatibilisation of a project in development, to the recommended systems through the technical advice by the authors of the Project.
Lacecal has been developing work with P.AR - Platform of ARchitecture.
Platform of ARchitecture managed by architects Joana Carmo Simões and Susana dos Santos Rodrigues provides to Lacecal’s clients the development of the project since its beginning to the finished work, going through the phases of Preliminary Study, the Licensing Process of the Town Hall and the specialized attendance to work. It is an integrated Architecture service, a process called “key on hand".
Under the responsibility of P.AR are also two other architectural studies. One about housing and the other about social equipments.
Lacecal provides a continued and personalized work to its clients, thus making all the process easier.
