The House of Aroeira is a Lacecal’s building which rests on a slab of concrete, perfectly leveled. On a waterproofing film are the walls built in a frame system, consisting on a rationalized SPF wooden frame skeleton, inside which it makes a prevalent thermal insulation with mineral wood. In the inner and outer walls and ceilings, they are sided with Western Red Cedar panels. The roof is achieved through glulam wood beams structure, duly insulated and finished in the outside with zinc.
The house has a generous balcony, all over its length, totally sided with Western Red Cedar.
